Have you wondered what it would be like to be a part of a Star Trek Club? Think it spends hours hashing out the various intricacies of a warp core? Or speaks in Vulcan? Here is your chance to find out what fellow Trek fans are really like and join in the beginning of a next generation of Trek Fandom in Baton Rouge. Star Trek Meetup:Baton Rouge welcomes members interested in all science fiction genres who want to take their interest to the next level. Its motto is "Fun, Fandom and Friendship". The group is taking Baton Rouge by storm with community service activities, conventions, movie nights, "away missions" to local events, paintball, and production on its own fan made Star Trek Series.
