Starbase Leicester is a social hub of people from all walks of life, that enjoy anything and everything Science Fiction and Fantasy related. Looking around on Meetup, I saw that our city is distinctly lacking a group where like minded people can talk about their favourite shows, books and films when their interests lie in the more imaginative side of these things. I've always love sci-fi and fantasy so I decided to start one myself.

We are a group dedicated to Science Fiction, Fantasy, Comics and general geek/nerd interests in the Manchester region. All are welcome, and we have monthly socials, trips to the cinema, days out and everyone is welcome to suggest an event.
